What is your return policy if a piece doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If a product doesn't perfectly complement your home, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Are your textiles and linens machine washable?
Care instructions vary by material. Most of our cotton and linen blends are machine washable on a gentle cycle, but we recommend checking the specific care label attached to each product.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our logistics to include international destinations in the near future.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order moves into our fulfillment stage and cannot be changed.
